Explosive WR Aske Troen found the endzone three times for an astounding second straight week. Twice the ball was delivered by QB JR Artozqui, while the third came from QB Christian Lisby.
While stats from the early days of Towers’ history are hard to come by, legendary Towers WRs and DAFF Hall of Famers Jens Bo Fraek and Kim Ewé, when asked, could not think of anyone who has ever caught three TDs in consecutive games before: “I’ve been lucky enough to have been in the endzone three times in consecutive games, but that was as a RB and thus they were both receiving and rushing TDs,” Fraek said.

Ending a brutal stretch of six straight weeks with a game, the Towers put the team’s depth to good use and rolled to a convincing 49-6 win over the Esbjerg Hurricanes.
In a eagerly awaited clash of two unbeaten teams the Towers quickly pulled away enroute to a convincing 41-16 win over arch rivals and nemeses Søllerød Gold Diggers. 
Towers showed no signs of fatigue, while passing and running to a 27-7 victory over Aarhus Tigers in Aarhus on the fourth weekend of a six-week non-stop game streak.
Having lost by one point in a 7-6 mud fest in London two weeks prior, the recipe for the Towers was clear; Win by two points or more at home. And when the dust settled after a riveting back-and-forth game, the Towers celebrated a hard fought 20-18 win.
